SHIPPING

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday). After orders are processed, they will be shipped. Shipping takes approximately 3-5 business days. This may vary depending on location.

A signature is required when your package is delivered, to ensure that customers have received their order. We are not liable/responsible for orders that are sent to the wrong address, when the address information was entered incorrectly. We are not liable/responsible for lost or stolen packages. It is advisable to place your order far enough in advance to avoid unanticipated delays that may be out of our control. We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, natural disasters, holidays, or carrier delays.                                             
If the product you ordered is not available, we will contact you immediately by phone and/or email to see if you are interested in a product substitution. If a substitution is not a viable option for you, and you wish to cancel your order completely, we will issue a refund immediately.
